I would remove any overlays in the program itself (gridlines and such) then take a screenshot (print screen button on keyboard), then paste the screenshot into a program like Photoshop and and crop/cut out the pic from the pasted screenshot. I did try to slide the "quality" bar to 100 when you select export > jpeg, and tried it as a regular png file as well but it still looks awful.
